Mit der "Under The Radar Over The Top Tour" sorgten SCOOTER mal wieder für ein Showspektakel, das nicht nur im elektronischen Musikbereich seinesgleichen sucht. Allein für die Lichtshow wurde der Weltmarktführer Procon beauftragt, der sonst Großevents wie die olympischen Spiele, die Echo Verleihung, den deutschen Fernsehpreis und andere große TV Highlights illuminiert. Für den Rest sorgten H.P. Rick und Michael sowie zahlreiche Tänzer, die extra zur Tour aus Australien, Litauen und Holland eingeflogen wurden.
